PRICES
Prices for all products on our website are in Australian ($AUD) and include GST (10%). AUSFIT Sports reserves the right to alter prices for any reason. AUSFIT Sports will provide a “Tax Invoices” in the prescribed form for all accepted orders.

FREIGHT
Freight will be charged on all orders under $150 in value. Extra freight will be charged for heavy or bulky products. Heavy or bulky products are usually indicated as such on our website. If you place an order for heavy or bulky products or if you order products with special delivery instructions, AUSFIT Sports will contact you to provide a freight quote prior to processing your order. AUSFIT Sports reserves the right to determine the method of delivery for any approved order, except for those orders with special delivery instructions. We will not be responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from the late or non-delivery of goods due to events beyond our control.
PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to modify or change product specifications. We do this in order to improve our product range and availability. This will only be done when we consider the alternate product to be equal or better in performance and suitability. From time to time products may not exactly match photographs on our website. Every product is intended for use only for the activity described. Products to be used by children should only be used under proper adult supervision. The selection and suitability of items to be used by children remains at the discretion of the purchaser.
CLAIMS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to AUSFIT Sports in original condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the product. The returned products may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required. A 20% restocking fee applies. All returns must be authorised by AUSFIT Sports. When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued. Any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted. Returns are to be made in accordance with the “Returning Goods Form” that will appear on the reverse side of the invoice. AUSFIT Sports will not accept product returns for custom made products, unless such custom made products are faulty, or do not conform to specifications. Freight charges on returns will not be credited. Also, freight will be charged when sending any exchanged products.
DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES
If you receive a product which is faulty (or where the product is custom made and does not conform to specifications) contact AUSFIT Sports to arrange free return delivery and an exchange, refund or credit to your account. All returns must be authorised by AUSFIT Sports. When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued. Any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted. If you receive an order with shortages, contact AUSFIT Sports to arrange for delivery of the product shortage. You will not be charged for the freight costs of products sent out to satisfy product shortages. AUSFIT Sports will not accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery. You should notify AUSFIT Sports of the fault (or in the case of custom made products, non-conformance to specifications) with a reasonable time of delivery, provide full details of the fault along with the invoice number, and look after the products until they are returned.
PAYMENTS
Payment must accompany all orders. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card or PayPal). Upfront credit card payments for goods are free of a surcharge. If paying outstanding accounts by credit cards or PayPal there is a 0.5% surcharge. Alternate payment arrangements can be negotiated by calling AUSFIT Sports. If registered, schools, government organisations and approved customers may order on account. All accounts are 14 days net from date of invoice. No statements are issued. The customer shall pay any costs or disbursements incurred by AUSFIT Sports in recovering outstanding payments. Risk of all products shall pass to the purchaser on delivery. Title to the goods shall pass only when AUSFIT Sports has received full payment of the purchase price and any other amounts owing.
PRIVACY POLICY
Ausfit Sports respects the trust you place in us through your dealings with us. We are committed to the protection of all your personal information.
When you deal with us the information we may collect from you includes your name, organisation, address, telephone numbers and email addresses and perhaps credit card details. It may also include details of the products we provide to you as well as the status of any order you place with us. We only collect information directly from you and primarily for the purpose of providing the products to you and to administer and manage invoicing and debt collecting. We may occasionally use your information to promote and market to you products which we consider may be of interest to you, unless you contact us and tell us not to do so. AUSFIT Sports will not sell or pass on any of your information to third parties unless required by government authorities or in the event of debt recovery or in our use of external mailing facilities. Any information passed on will be done so with appropriate privacy and confidentiality protection. Information is stored securely in paper or electronic form and is accessible only by authorised personnel.
